Business Development manager of his company based in the Triangle, NC

Life is truly very dynamic and full of its challenges. There are days when we lose site of the meaning of what we do, particularly in the area of work. Technology has made life convenient yet more complicated. We drown in the everyday demands of life, of each others demands at work, our colleagues, our customers. There are days we feel lost and wanting to give up. There are days we question ourselves. Do we lack confidence in ourselves? Are we full of it? We question basic things we are used to and know.

These are some of the things that I have to deal with constantly. Sometimes I find the answers, sometimes I don't. A time when I needed a coach, an executive coach, a confidant, to discuss these daily challenges with outside of my peers, colleagues or co-workers. Someone I can trust and share a lot of these concerns. Someone who is meek & humble yet very knowledgeable and has vast years of experience to back them up in dealing with these difficult situations. Someone who is very reputable and has a solid foundation in life, a person full of character and virtue that can help me and influence me to the right path in life.

This is when I met Mr. Jacob (Jake) Kliatchko and learned about him and his expertise in life. His many many years of HR experiences, of dealing with the many levels of people in the corporate world and society as a whole, has proven to be very beneficial in discussing my present day situations and challenges. Jake, as most call him, reminded me of the importance of the Unity of Life, the very basis for work, man's vehicle to reach its ultimate end. Who am I and what does work have to do in my life, a very deeper meaning to work. I had 10 sessions with Mr. Kliatchko and is was well worth it. Great investment of time and money.

To those of you out there who can relate to my life's challenges, I can honestly recommend Mr. Kliatchko to you.

To those of you simply seeking to achieve further personal development, always looking in the mirror trying to understand the question "Who Am I" and what other good can I do to improve myself, Mr. Kliatchko can help remind you of the very basic things in man's life that you may have learned in the past and have forgotten.

And to those who love to understand the root cause of things and would like to address them at the source, you must love values & virtues.

Change is something many of us like to avoid. Many of us prefer status quo. Don't rock my boat. It is convenient. We are afraid to change.

But, as we all know, life is dynamic. "Work is developmental", as Mr. Kliatchko pointed out. "Our attitude towards change has a very big impact to our daily choices in life."
