Jake has over 40 years of corporate life experience mostly in the field of People Management and equally the same number of years as a family man. He has authored and published several books on the subject of Work and Family life. Among them are: A guidebook on Work, A Handbook on Family Life, Values Management, and co-authored with his son(Jacobson), Attitude Towards Work.  It would seem that harmonizing Work and Family Life has always been and  will always be, Jake's life advocacy.
